Head Coach & Owner
As the Head Coach and Owner of the.fitness.project, Angela is dedicated to creating a supportive and results-driven environment. With over 15 years in the fitness industry, she leads by example and inspires everyone to reach their full potential. Her philosophy centres around combining challenging workouts with mindful recovery and strong community bonds.
Anthony Fairley
Strength Coach & Sports Massage Therapist
Anthony is our dedicated Strength Coach and the driving force behind TF Powerlifting and TF Sports Massage. A certified Level 2 Powerlifting Coach, he architects our highly successful 12-week Powerlifting programme, free to all members. Anthony's passion is helping members build formidable strength, refine lifting techniques, and achieve new personal bests. He also provides expert sports massage services through TF Sports Massage, aiding in recovery and injury prevention.
