What We Offer
Our Lifting programme is dedicated to building serious strength. We focus on developing technical mastery and maximal power in the core disciplines of Powerlifting (the squat, bench press, and deadlift) and the foundational techniques of Olympic Lifting.
In partnership with TF Powerlifting, and led by our Level 2 Powerlifting Coach, we offer a comprehensive 12-week Powerlifting programme—complimentary for all members. This is supplemented with targeted Strength accessory classes. Whether your goal is to dominate on the competition platform, shatter your personal records, or simply build a powerful physical foundation, our structured training and expert coaching provide a clear path to success.
