Sports Massage
Our resident Sports Masseuse, Tony, is fully qualified working with injuries and preventative methods. He has worked with many professional athletes including premiership footballers, rugby players aswell as athletes from many other sports, including CrossFit and regular gym goers.
He currently works with South Tyneside Gymnastics including their Team GB athletes.
Tony works from the gym and offers a discount to members.
