What We Do

We run a full timetable of Cross-training classes and offer a quality strength training facility. 

Cross-training is based on functional fitness which is about building a body capable of doing real-life activities in real-life positions, not just lifting a certain amount of weight in an idealized posture created by a gym machine.

Classes involve a wide variety of movements, with a different workout every day, no two days are the same! The structure and length of workouts also varies and some sessions involve skill and strength work aswell.
